Booking Terms

Two night minimum stay required:

Every Friday and Saturday night throughout the year.

Three night minimum stay required:

  • Hotel Rates based on double occupancy.

  • Additional guests $35 per person/night.

  • Hotel rates are subject to 11% tax.

  • Children under 8 are complimentary.

  • Self check in anytime after 4:00 pm.

  • Self check out is 10:00 am.

  • Due to allergy issues we do not allow pets.

Rates include

  • Coffee Station: available anytime with tea from Jolene's Tea Co. Banff.

  • Local made bath products from Rocky Mountain Soup Company.

  • 4 town bikes with helmets. Available on a first come, first served basis.

  • One parking stall per reservation. Paid public parking is available for additional vehicles.

  • Wi-Fi.

  • Fridge in each room.

  • Small TV with limited cable.

  • Books and board games.

Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

  • Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed reservation dates, you will be responsible for the original room nights booked for your intended stay.

  • If you incur additional charges or damages during your stay that were not settled at time of check-out, charges will be billed to your credit card on file.

  • We recommend guests purchase cancellation insurance.

Deposit Schedule

  • We require a 35 % deposit of the stay, including taxes, at time of booking to confirm reservation.

  • Balance due will be processed on arrival day. Extra charges will be processed at check-out.

  • Unless other arrangements have been made, the credit card provided for the deposit will charged.

  • Bookings made within 7 days of arrival require full pre-payment.

Entire Lodge Booking Security Deposit

A $500 refundable security deposit is required at check in. The security deposit will be refunded at check out if there is no undo damaged to the property and the check out time is honoured. The check out time for entire lodge booking is 10:00 am.
